We started Brody's on February 2, 2015. What started with a small pop up tent has now grown into 5 trailers, including 3 smokers, totaling just over 1000 square feet of cooking space. All of our Barbeque is cooked fresh every day using only locally sourced Pennsylvania hardwoods. All of our meat is cooked with 100% wood, there is never any gas, electric or propane involved in any of our cooking. Brody's now attends over 30 fairs and festivals each year and has become the annual choice for company picnics and large corporate events.
